Then, talk with him again to continue.
Sea Creatures
Rackham will ask for your help to defeat some sea monsters.
Defeat:
- 5x Jellyfish
- 5x Piranhas
After completing the objective, return to Rackham to turn in the quest and receive your rewards:

Rackham will ask you to go near Samui Island to look for his missing friend.
Once you accept the quest, four question mark icons will appear on the map near Samui Island.
Head there and interact with any Marine ship to start the instanced mission against the boss Lord Of The Coast.
By defeating the boss, you will receive:

With the materials obtained, Rackham will ask you to upgrade your ship.
To do this, go to the Shells Town dock and use the crafting table to build:
- Sail
- Hull
- Cannon
Then, combine the three items to create the Ship Upgrade Kit II.
If you're missing any materials, you can get them in two ways:
- By defeating Jellyfish and Piranhas
- Buying directly from Mila, the NPC located at the Shells Town dock
Important: you must have at least one level 10 character to use the crafting table.
